- 1.1Passing an exam depends on many things, including your effort, background and exam conditions. We build courses to help you prepare well, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, achieve any mark or gain any job or promotion.
2. Education, not advice
- 2.1Tax, accounting, audit, IFRS and other content is general education to help you learn. It is not professional, legal, tax or investment advice and must not be relied on for a decision about your own or a client's affairs. Get advice from a qualified professional for those.
- 2.2Examples and figures are illustrative. Tax rates and laws change; courses that follow an exam body's examinable law may differ from the law currently in force.
3. Exam bodies' rules prevail
- 3.1ACCA, CIMA, the IFRS Foundation and other bodies set syllabuses, standards, exam rules, fees, registration and results. If anything we publish differs from their official documents, the official documents prevail. Always check current requirements with the exam body before you register or sit an exam.
