These rules keep the classroom fair and secure for every learner, and protect the value of your own certificate and results. They form part of our Terms of Use and Sale.
1. One learner, one account
- 1.1Each account and each paid enrolment is for one named person. You must not let anyone else use your account.
- 1.2You must not share your username, password, email sign-in links or QR sign-in codes with anyone, or post them where others can see them. A sign-in link or QR code works like a password.
- 1.3Do not create accounts using someone else's details, or use more than one account to get extra access.
2. Academic integrity
- 2.1Do your own work in quizzes, practice tests and mock exams. Do not use another person, impersonation or hidden aids to take an assessment for you where the instructions say not to.
- 2.2Do not share, post or sell quiz questions, answers, mock exam content or marking schemes.
- 2.3Certificates are issued on the basis that you completed the work yourself. We may withdraw a certificate if that proves untrue. See Assessment and Academic Integrity.
3. Respectful and lawful use
- 3.1Be respectful in any forum or feedback area. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, defamatory, harassing or infringing, or personal information of another person without their consent.
- 3.2Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt our systems, use bots or scrapers, or bypass access controls.
4. Protecting our content
- 4.1Do not copy, record, bulk-download, resell, upload to other sites or share our course materials. See Copyright and Trademarks.
5. What we may do
- 5.1If we have reasonable grounds to think these rules were broken, we may reset your password, invalidate sign-in links, limit or suspend your account and, for serious or repeated breaches, close it. We will normally tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Refunds are not due for accounts closed for serious breach (see the Refund Policy).
- 5.2To report a breach or ask a question, write to coreknowledgedigital@gmail.com.
