We want to hear if something goes wrong. This procedure is simple and free.
1. Step 1: tell us
- 1.1Email coreknowledgedigital@gmail.com with the subject "Complaint". Tell us your name, the email you enrolled with, what happened, and what you would like us to do.
2. Step 2: we acknowledge
- 2.1We acknowledge your complaint within two (2) working days and give you a reference.
3. Step 3: we investigate and resolve
- 3.1We aim to resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. If it will take longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer. We explain our decision in writing.
4. Step 4: review inside CoreKnowledge
- 4.1If you are not satisfied, reply asking for a review. A director who did not handle the first response will review it and answer within seven (7) days.
5. Step 5: outside bodies
