1. Minimum age
- 1.1Our services are intended for people aged 18 or over.
2. Learners under 18
- 2.1A person under 18 may enrol only with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts our terms on the learner's behalf and is responsible for the account. Write to us at the email below if you need to arrange this.
3. Children's personal information
- 3.1POPIA (sections 34 and 35) places special limits on processing the personal information of a child (under 18). We process a child's information only with the consent of a competent person, for the enrolment and delivery of the course, and not for marketing. A parent or guardian may review and ask us to delete the child's information at any time.
- 3.2For learners in Botswana we follow the equivalent rules in the Data Protection Act 2024.
